It's hard to take a choice because there will be always something to lose. I choose to live in this town, where I was born...Taranto..and now I have to pay this choice losing friends. They're going away because in this city there is no future, no work, no university.. I could change where I live but I have a work, I have an house, I have my girlfriend here.. What have I to do? And there are also the dreams..dream of brotherhood and I understand day after day that is only utopìa.. I hope will be an escape from this life to something better, maybe thanks to photography..

Well, this is my first journal entry with this new profile. After a long period of creative unproductivity, I've started again to photograph the world around me and the world inside my mind. Actually I'm not so productive but I'm trying to work on the quality than on the quantity ad I have also to fight among work, house and others hobbies. Since when I bought my first DSLR (a Pentax K-X) 3 months have passed and now it's time to start living photography as protagonist. I am sure I'll do it. So...my name's Michelangelo. I am italian.
